We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer the following return policy:

Physical Products:

  • Return Period: You can return physical products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions for Return: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • How to Return: Please contact our customer support at xtrememind@pm.me to initiate the return process. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Refund/Exchange: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Digital Products:

  • Return Period: You can request a return for digital products within 30 days of purchase.

  • Conditions for Return: Digital products must be unused and you must not have downloaded or accessed the product.

  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at xtrememind@pm.me with your order details.

  • Refund: Refunds will be processed once we verify the product has not been accessed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • Certain items, including downloadable files or products marked as “final sale,” may not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
