Why it matters?
Most of us don’t associate food with water – a mistake. Fresh fruit is loaded with water and other nutrients, so try to bring some to work every day, particularly if you snack a lot. This will increase your water intake and it helps keep you from eating unhealthy snacks. It doesn’t have to be whole fruit; a sandwich with some cucumber and tomato in it will be more than enough.
