Grains comprise of many important nutrients that help give your body overall good health. They contain; fiber, Vitamin B, and many important minerals! The best fiber foods to include in your diet are; oats, beans, flax seeds, just to name a few. Fiber is important for your body as it helps reduce blood cholesterol and also lowers the risk of heart attacks. Most importantly, eating fibrous food aids constipation!
How to make it a habit?
A good way to make eating fibrous food a habit, is to create a food log, to keep track of exactly what food you’re eating, and how much you’re eating. Keep in mind, whole grains are very filling, so remember, a little bit goes a long way!
