Hi all,
Have any of you used methods to curtail or stop neighbors
from making abnormal amounts of noise?

-like someone with LOUD vehicles - who
couldn't care less if it's a disturbance or not.
(and barking dogs are also a disturbance)

Is it possible to use, say. radionics to nudge one to
move away or stop making noise?

Quality of life has gone way down because of
selfish ones.

We've been putting up with it for YEARS -not days, weeks or months.

You can feed the dog with something "delicious" at the night time when noone sees Very Happy

And the car part. When noone sees put one brick at the car hood. If he/she still don't get it then do something bigger.

As far as i understand, these disturbances can be acting as a reflection for you to be aware of an inner issue to resolve. Perhaps you are creating an energy that attracts this - due to a definition or a belief (causing negative energy)...

I now days have an almost 100% peaceful surrounding to my home.

You can use a white noise generator by your bed if it only happens when you are trying to sleep. The white noise will cover the sound of the neighbors and help you to sleep.

If they are noisy all day, try some hot foot powder or get a banishing spell ran on them.

Thanks all.
Recently the neighbor sold the car and bought a big motorcycle.
The pipes on it weren't loud enough so they were replaced with
ones that sound like there are none.
If he guns it i could see someone with a heart condition
having an event. And I'm not kidding.

I don't think calling the police would help.
He rides all over town with this machine and doesn't get pulled over.
how come he can do that - but if I have a pea sized hole
in my exhaust I'd probably be pulled over.
(little injustice here or what?)

I'm not sure about attracting or not attracting -
I mean from the stand point of all the other neighbors in the vicinity.
What are they attracting or not attracting?

What positive attributes could you insert which would change his behaviour for the better?

Try working some magic for these. For instance, you could run a trend and visualise your neighbor being a really chilled out, reasonable and considerate guy.

Send him some peaceful vibes and see what happens.

Just some thoughts.

Despite many different approaches I tried, I have never been able to manage this problem. Noisy neighbors is really bad a problem.
