I've been waking at 3am, washing my face, having a glass of water, then going back to bed to practice astral projection and I'm getting a 50% success rate which is good for me.
I'm curious though because I've had some interesting discussions with different people and some say that it's just waking up after a sleep then going straight back to practice Astral projection that does it while others say that 3am is the time when the veil between the physical and the astral is closest.
Anyone have any other thoughts or information on it? |

From what I read, when everyone else in your area or location is sleeping it sort of calms down the etheric realms in that area, and makes it easier to do AP or even do any other types of psychic whatever. I've also read of remote viewers who do better at remote viewing at around that time. I think anybody can sense this at 3 am, how there seem's to be a silence or calmness in the air.
