I love Twin Heart's meditation by Master Choa Kok Sui, probably I should do it more often...
I am interested in this one you mentioned: Full Spectrum Clearing Ascension Meditation by I AM University. What's your experience with it?
I found this brief guided audio to relax deeply surprisingly effective, great before meditation, it improved mine many times.

Yes I've also tried that one! Enjoyed it very much indeed, since it is more on cleaning the chakras than adding energy to them, as suggested by some other teachers/products.
If someone wants to give it a go should search for "Twin Hearts meditation for psychological self-healing"

Thanks Buddy, I can't claim I was bright enough to make good use of all the opportunities, but, like they say - water always flows down...and grace does flow from these Great Masters naturally and effortlessly.
1. Since we are talking of guided meditation, Pamela Arwine is someone I really admire, and her meditations are very good!

2. Joshua David Stone has some great meditations, covering all the way up to seventh level of initiation that Alice Bailey talks of.
3. Not a big fan of Santiago and his group of pop-Kundalini BS, but Glenn Moris' 'Meditation Mastery' was a good meditation tape with great meditation!
3. There are some 'Omega' healing energy meditations here, which some may resonate with:

4. Matthias Roth has a Jin Shin Jyutsu guided exercises CD which is a great introduction to this simple and effective system:
