the entire session took about 15-20 minutes. Ole checked and cleansed my chakras. Checked my grounding. Then he did the activation. The energy, for me, was very subtle. He asked if I was attuned to Kundalini Reiki, and that he could feel it. At the end, he gave a simple meditation which will make the energy stronger, it also cleanses...so I'll do the mediation, and see if anything happens...

update: I do the meditation everyday, starting to feel more energy but feels like there's blockages in the throat area. Can't wait till I clear the blockage.

Do you think your kundalini has been opened or strenghten permanently?

Yes, he gave the meditation after the activation.
Normally my throat chakra is pretty clean since I do self healing all the time, but recently I had stuff going on so I didn't have time to cleanse, so it's not much of an issue with the blockage, it'll be gone soon since I'll have time to work on it during the weekend...
