By popular request, I am making a review on this item.

I got this item a month ago I was weighting 72.75 or 160.1 lbs with body fat of 10mm (I don't know what this means in %, but by the photo you can see that I am neither skinny nor fat. Actually I have a flat tire around my waist Embarassed

).
I workout with some dumbbells I have and do very little, only one set of 10~20 reps (depending of my mood) of an exercise for chest, one for arms and one for shoulder and back. I try to lift the heaviest weight I can while trying to do at least 10 reps.
I don't diet at all. I eat what there is to eat and I drink sodas once in a while. I know that if I made a diet I could get a better looking body, but I have very little control on what there is to eat at lunch or dinner.
In supplements part, I only take a cap of ZMA every night and use the Ring of Power/Ball Zinger while I sleep to increase test levels.

Well, after wearing it for a month, it doens't look that I changed much. But the week I didn't worked out at all. I had a very busy week, so I didn't have time. Maybe it could be bigger if I didn't get this week off.

And now about perceptions. People are noticing that I am getting some bulk. Some friends I met some days ago, after a long time away asked me if I was going to the gym more often than before. And my girl said that it looks like my back and shoulders are wider.
It's really nice that people are noticing changes in only a month.
Tuca, another owner of this field said that it seems that the 2 first months were the adaptation period for him. He started getting tangible results on third month without doing any exercise at all. He said he stopped using the field after six months, wich made his gains went away at the same speed it appeared. RayzorBlades made some math and came to conclusion that it could take between a year or 2 to the muscles double it's size if you just wear the field and don't exercise at all.
Well, I do exercise almost everyday when I can. And that may be the reason results are showing so soon.
I will keep my routine and next month I intend to continue with this review.

Ok, not an update, but I noticed a few things worth mentioning.

My dog has arthritis or arthrosis. Don't know wich, but she was having some trouble with her rear paws. She is a cocker spaniel and is 11 years old (according to the vet, it's like 70~80 years in human terms). She always liked to climb things, like beds, couchs and such. But we noticed that she wasn't climbing anymore and when trying to get up after sitting or laying, she were having a hard time. When she stood still, her rear paws were shaking.
So we started medicating her with a medicine to regenerate the tendons, but after getting this item, it seems she is getting stronger by the day. Her paws don't shake anymore and she is climbing things agan. And most surprising is that when I take her to a walk, she pulls like she used to when she was younger.
It doesn't look like she is getting more muscular, but definitely is getting stronger. And I don't know if this is because of the item, but she started to get better after I got it.

It is something worth of taking note, since it looks I am having the same effect. I am getting stronger, but so far didn't notice any change in my body (or they may be very subtle yet) and my weight didn't change.

I'll update in a few more days.

Dreamweaver did some work on me in the past, I won't go into the details (yet, because I can't), but he was very professional dealing with me. To say the least. Very generous and honest guy. Wink

Yep. I second that.

Now the second month is gone, I am seeing subtle changes.
As i mentioned before, I am becoming stronger, lifting more weight than before.
But as the second month went, I noticed that my shoulders are becoming wider. It's subtle, but it's changing. I didn't noticed muscles being more visible when relaxed, maily because I have some body fat covering it. But when exercising, they clearly show signs of growth.

Oh, and I removed the pics because I was feeling something ill. Don't know what was that, but something were telling me to take them off.

Oh. Glad to see this thread is still attracting people. And something else than the average lurker.

Angelsflight, if I worked out as frequently as I did in the past, I would be bigger. But I'm kinda without time and just the fact that even without exercising my muscles aren't shrinking, it made me a little lazy.

But of course exercise would be a good idea even if you own a field like this. Even though my body is good looking, there is the problem of getting tired or out of breath when climbing a ladder, for instance. It will help you get a more muscular body, with stronger muscles. But it won't help prevent heart diseases or make your lungs breathe more efficiently.

I've read some time ago a post by RayzorBlades saying something about a study finding that less myostatin could make tendosn brittle and stiff. And it seems that it is another proof of the item is actually working. I feel some kind of stiffness on my joints, specially elbows and knees ones. Nothing a good stretch and some reiki can't fix.

But i am really happy with this item.
After a little more than six months owning it and keeping the item with me 24/7 and without working out, I can see some muscles building up under the skin.
It feels like the muscle is tight and hard. Not like when I used to work out and take creatine, proteins and vitamins, wich made muscles grow by pumping some water into it, I believe.

Great work there DW. Keep it up!
