Nancy led me to Dan Howard who teaches Intentional Resting. I have been having some good success with this method. What attracted me to this method was Dan's aura which was so pure and robust energetically, I heard his voice and his aura that appeared to me was very clean, something I don't often see in people.

The process is somewhat similar to EFT kind of therapies but simpler. I have grounding issues at times thanks to Kriya or Neigong, but this saves me a lot of time otherwise spent in 'One Breath' or Piko-Piko. Also, makes me feel very rested in the four hours that I sleep every night. Some of my friends on another forum have experienced great results from it. Check it out if this interests you, this is a rather simple and easy method of becoming centered or getting into the present moment. A good blend of present moment awareness, EFT/NLP and energy work.
