I want to give my contribuiton too.

These beings hate the frequency of violet light and cannot stand in its presence. If you can imagine a violet flame engulfing yourself and your aura it would be very effective to remove the negative presence. Do this often, and ask the flame to purify you and remove the oppressive force.

Then I am going to say something you are probably not going to like. But that's true, I know because I have been there myself.
And that is: these entities, you invited them. Either consciously or subconsciously you did. Infact they won't harm you if your aura is sealed and without holes they cannot attach to. You have to embrace your darkness and work on yourself, on your thoughts and behaviour as Lenred said. Ask for guidance and for help with a humble attitude and you will receive.

I feel you are in delicate phase in your spiritual path KK and spiritual beings of any kind know that too. They also respect your free will. So you have to decide and ask for things to come your way.

What lenred is telling you is your way out and back to health. Please don't ignore it. I dowsed on you and found it is not in your best interest(spiritually) to "let someone fix you".... get started with your meditation and exercises the others have offered. When you have made that decision to help yourself and reclaim your power, then by all means use others' help in addition to what you are doing.

There is another powerful clearing you can do yourself using a pendulum. Use a visualisation to put up protection first. All you need to do is command it "remove all non-beneficial energies and frequencies from my energy system" . It usually starts rotating anti-clockwise and stops when it is done. You may need to break it up into 20min chunks if it doesn't stop in one sitting. Follow with a command such as "add beneficial energies to my energy system"-usually with a clockwise spin. A good routine would be 20mins meditation then follow with clearing with pendulum (or other method). Repeat morning and night.

You don't have to an expert, just give it a go, and you will see you get more powerful over time.

Hi. I am fine now. I have been in a very intense Kundalini Awakening and have been in the Dark Night Of the Soul for a long time and it has been so hard, tiring, life changing and its all so much. I am losing my sense of self very fast and am finding my true identity
