Ever since GT has stopped coming in regularly, I think there has been less discipline in running this place.

Would like to recommend a few suggestions and would be great if everyone joined in with their feedback.

- need to upgrade board to latest version of phpBb. This is necessary now because of the changing nature of discussion forum with these social networking sites and new ways people access the Internet.

- was looking at a forum called 'bigmiketrading' where they have an optional 50$ one time fee to become Elite members, in return once or twice a month some forum expert conducts a free webinar on some trading related subject. Something similar could be introduced here.

- could have a separate section where people can freely post their affiliate products. Ideally should be Elite members Evil or Very Mad

- Found out about an app called tapatalk which allows forumers to access the site from android and iSpam phones.It is free to install for forum owners but users have to buy the app for 3$ from Android marketplace or iTunes, and use it with as many forums which support tapatalk. Will post more below.

Not a bad idea to add that feature on this board.

However we need to upgrade to latest version of phpBB to run this app.

I'm for keeping the board just as it is. I don't think it's that bad, it seem's to be more peaceful now. Also, many stopped coming by and I don't think that many new people are willing to join, so making it HARDER for those of us here plus having newbies shy away, would not help things.

Also, XM, likes to keep the board more open to everyone, even if there are "debates" that upset some people.... everything works out in the end, this board is NOT as bad as many people make it out to be. I still miss some of the old posters who don't come by anymore... they had much to contribute.

This is not about keep people away but with newer technology coming up, one can have multiple access points to the boards like cell phones or tablets.

Also a separate section where advertisers can post their wares would be a good idea.

I'm with PH mostly. I already access this forum from my droid with no special app. I'm on my phone right now.
