hmmm, it has been very long since i have felt the liquid lava run down my spine!

actually i only felt that part twice ever.

Does anyone else sometimes get healing where you feel energy vibrate in your body (repairing you)- when you are in bed at night basically in an alpha state?

I have noticed that one can just ask the energy to focus on another area of your body... later i realized that it is probably wise to let it prioritize those repairs..

I dont often as much lately as i fall asleep so fast.
