My yogi instructor just taught me this last weekend

Om Hareeng Butkaya Aapduddhar anay kuru kuru Batukaya Hareen

Intone it very slowly, as though gushing out the air from the bellow. Wheeze it out, feeling the reverberations.

I do this nightly for 10 minutes.

The changes are... whew... astounding.

I won't tell you what. Just try it.

(it has to do with your latent powers and the other 80% of your brain)

This is a chant of batuk bhairav - a tantric diety.

OM Hreem vatukaaya aapa-du-ddhara-naaya kuru kuru vatukaaya hreem om

OM - The primordial sound
Hreem - The mantra of shakti
vatukaaya - prostrations/respect to Vatuka Bhairava
aapaduddharanaaya - for the sake of upliftment from all kinds of aapat (dangers)
kuru kuru - do it, do it now
hreem - bija of shakti
Om - primordial sound

This is the mantra of Vatuka Bhairava, a deity invoked for protection. Vatuka means a boy/celibate. It is best to practice this mantra under suitable guidance as this deity is of mixed qualities i.e. sattva, rajas and tamas and can be used for offense or defense. He is not "safe" so to say like Shiva, Lakshmi, Saraswati, Krishna etc. He is generally offered bali (offerings) at the end of tantric rituals for Shakti (he is considered her son) to thank him for protection offered during the rite. He is the leader of ghouls, spirits, demigods etc. and needs to approached rather carefully.
