I dropped almost 22 lbs in a week from this regimen ( I'm competing for the local exhibition). Got shredded nicely and ate like I always do (a pig)
Morning: 100 kettle ball snatches while listening to my binaural track of choice
Glass of water plus green tea tablet, r-ala, acetyl l carnitine, TTa, sesamin, and fishoil
Afternoon: same supplementation
Evening: same
I'd occasionally pig out but I still loose weight.
Cool huh!
