One question, these activities within 21 days require some kind of space alone? or say things out loud, do physical acts?

Arman, it all sounds interesting but how does it work precisely? What is that you do?
What I get is that I send you money and my life improves by subconscious means, and that is too vague. I don't understand what is done by your part and how, and for me these are important informations, since "it" has to do with my mind.
So I would like to know more, if possible. Cheers
