Good day to you all and thank you for taking the time to read this post. If you respond I'd be grateful and thank you in advance. So I've got into meditation for creative boost purposes. I wanna draw my visions and what I see in my dreams and astral projection. But every time I get into trance, after meditation. A very strong hearing noise occur in my ears, it sounds like crickets chirping really fast like fuzzy electric currents. When I'm not meditating I feel fine and no sirens in my ear. So I'm asking is this just a coincidence, or i'm I under physic attack. I just but a JU99CE hoping it could aid me in removing negative energies around my energy field and room. I've got two amethyst crystals and a rose quart crystal and some MoondShadow's QUANTUM LOVE 3.0 Chi Gen Power Image 2010. Any tips, advice or ?, your input is very much welcome and appreciated. <3 Smile

Whom, or what do you think would be targeting you? Do you mind providing a more information on the issue? It's kinda hard to draw a conclusion from what you've stated so far.

The sounds you seem to hear while meditating are probably linked to changing vibrational rates, as you go deeper into a trance state. I think this is not uncommon for some people, also those involved in out of body travel, also get all sorts of buzzing and chirping sounds, which is a movement to a slightly higher vibrational rate, where you have the OBE.

Anyway.... I would not worry about it, and just keep going. Try to be OK with the sounds, they are probably just energy shifts you're going through.

Nada Yoga is about hearing and concentrating on inner sounds. The trick for many practitioners is to get them started - but you already have it. The trick (I think) is to switch your focus to the increasingly subtle and quieter ones.
