There's a book out there about the psychomanteum, I forget the name but if you do a search you'll find it. I've tried one and they are more difficult to use than what most people think. If you run across one, try it, even though they are hard to find. It's bascially mirror gazing, which is very old and it does work but you have to be in the alpha brain wave state to get it to work, and that's easier said than done, especially with your eyes open. Using any mirror gazing device takes practice, it's not an automatic thing, if you do get it to to work, you should have all sorts of visions in the mirror, how accurate the visions are is another thing altogether.

The psychomanteum is a topic that is also of great interest to me personally.
Raymond Moody (the famous researcher of NDE) has written a book, where he extensively mentions his work with the psychomanteum. The title of the book is "Reunions: Visionary Encounters with Departed Loved Ones".
Mirror gazing itself is a powerful method of awakening the "second sight". |
