I've been on this forum for awhile, and to give you some background, I have a fairly extensive history and experience with the occult, but I am pretty new to the whole radionics game, as banto's new SW is my first voyage into that realm.

If this topic has reared it's head before I apologize, but I am wondering the best way to utilize radionics in the development of the skills of lucid dreaming and astral projection. I am also concerned with a rad device's ability to be able to work upon me, because I am fairly strong energetically, not bragging here, but I spend almost 2 hrs. per day with pranayama and chi kung exercises, so I just wonder if a device would be able to break through any protective barriers I have and perhaps how long it might take.

And I know what you're thinking, if I do so much energy work and have so much occult experience, this should be a breeze, right?
well, I'll be the first to admit it's just something that's always alluded me, and I'm looking for other ways to break through any blocks within myself so I can obtain these skills.

Any advice, criticisms, etc. more than welcome, thanks.

Thanks, I will give that a shot, and I do agree a block to my success is fear, at least I know that for sure when it comes to astral projection. but I never considered that was the problem for lucid dreaming.

Oobe tends to work faster when you're resonating with the right frequency. Try the isochronic tones of neuroprogrammer 2 to reach delta then project. Alternatively this site has some public domain mP3 with the same tones. Just ensure you got good hardware for it

I've experimented with brainwaves in the past, albeit only going to theta though...I'll give that a shot and see if that will help.

Update: I did manage to finally lucid dream, I guess I just need to keep plugging away at it to become proficient.

I agree with cobain on this. The Neuro programmer works great. I feel that isochronic works far better than original technology of binaural beats.

Seems transparentcorp.com even branched out to iPhone apps. They're the guys behind the Zen AmbiSci !

Gotta applaud NP2/Ambisci. They did for 2010 what bwgen.com did for 2002. Up to date, slicker, and more effective. Isochronics are an edge over binaurals for tones over 5Hz. But below 5Hz, binaurals still take the cake
