Has anyone here used any type of subliminals or audios that helped you sleep less? If so, please share specifically ...
1. How much sleep you needed before and how you would feel if you didn't get that sleep.
2. How much sleep you get now and how you feel during the day now ...
Please be very specific if you also changed anything else in your life when implementing whatever you suggest (such as diet, exercise, etc.)
What I'm not looking for is recommendations for anything you haven't used yourself. I could do a simple Google search for that ... what I am looking for is personal recommendation and real success with objective data.
