Hey guys (& girls? ) Very Happy

While surfing the web i found a website of a quite popular pickupartist(stephane), who sells a DVD + ebook that shows you how to balance your chakras.(it's 80$)

He promises very good effects(jeez, what a surprise Wink

)
OK, some quotes:

"Yes, this will solve your Inner-Game issues.

Yes, you will get over things like approach-anxiety, fear of rejection, fear of loss, neediness, low self-esteem, insecurities, "AFC/wussiness" and every other Inner-Game issue there is.

My question ist not whether it is effective (i'm pretty sure that balanced chakras can make you a chick magnet Razz

) but if it makes sense to buy such a product.
I looked around the forum and found a few threads on how to balance your chakras.
It seems to be a question of practice, not of special techniques?

What are your opinions on that?
I heard prf talking about stephane and i think elroy has a post on chakra meditation.

Are the effects as strong as described by stephane?

How often should i meditate to balance my chakras and get rid of my approach anxiety?

I'm planning to buy a rad box (maybe a minimax or a RAD x-tech)...
How strong are the effects of such chi-generators on my meditation?
Any experiences with chakra meditation and the minimax?

I appreciate all answers!

Stephane's a very cool guy who is definitely on the right path. He says you don't need to get his chakra book & meditation mp3's but he advises everyone to do work on their chakra's until they're fully open. He's not a pick-up artist or a seduction master, he's beyond that. Checkout his website, read his newsletter archive. His ideas would resonante strongly with many on this board, I believe.

Can you tell the difference between Stephane's chakra CD and KA?

Do you think this CD can still have positive effects on those who listen to KA?

Here's the deal. According to Stephane you have to open each chakra in turn, starting with the red root chakra. Don't try and open others before the red! This could explain why people got all sick and stuff when they bought orange biased CD's on here. So Stephane's Chakra product has an e-book and meditations on each chakra. Each meditation (trance induction) is about 20 mins long. But you don't don't do them one after the other. You start with the red and work until it's open and balanced before moving up.

Once yyou've done the work and all the chakra's are open, that it, you're done. There's no need to listen to anymore CD's.

if you sign up with his newsletter you get his ebook, breaking the ice video and beyond approach anxiety mp3 free. His breaking the ice video is excellent, no routines just straight to the point communication. His beyond approach anxiety mp3 is excellent, if you keep on using it, i am working my way through it and it is helping, it is a shamanistic technique that gets rid of your fears. Anyone got his squirtiing dvd by the way?

For those of you who have already used Stephanes material(
barry6899 ?) , or have experiences with chakra balancing:
What are your results?
What did you do exactly?
How long did it take to get good results?

I pmed one user of this forum, and he responded to my question, whether chakra balancing is powerful with following sentence:
"Balancing your chakras won't bring great benefits, if you have blockades in higher dimensions.(karma)"

How can i know, if there are "blockades in higher dimensions"?
Can anyone explain to me what those blockades are and were they come from?
