| there is freeware available on xtreme's site, things like DMU and Aggressive. Some of them promise pretty rapid effects. For example one of them, I think Aggressive, said you'll feel the difference in 6 or 8 mins. Are these figures accurate? If so its pretty easy to see rapidly if these tracks are working for you. For those who have found them accurate do you really find the promised benefits or is it something very subtle? |
