Here is the issue: I have probably a few dozen change factors working on me. So it's pretty difficult to tell what is causing what.

One thing I can say: I have experienced no discomfort at all so far. (or it was so minor I didn't even register it).
Been using it for one year now.

They said that since I have the ability to dream lucidly and since the fields on the ring started growing quickly I should have started getting results almost right away. It seems they can check on the ring's fields at a distance. Maybe it is just not compatible with me. Actually, I was mistaken about the time frame. It was shipped on 7/29/09 and it is a size 9 ring. It hasn't been a full year yet.
