I have been listening to KA for over a month, I listen 2 or 3 times per week in mornings. I like to know how you know if KA is working for you? do you see any difference after 1 month? what are the signs? I don't want to waste 40 minutes if it isn't working for me. I used to feel anxious and palpitate around my solar plexus but I don't feel it anymore. I am not sure if it's due to KA because I am using other products.

Ka's basic thrust is energy. You know you have just the right amountwhen you're in consistent mood, rarely destabilized, rarely ill, and generally feeling in the zone.

When you stop feeling palpitations, it means you've reached up the right level. XM has an explanation for that. Ask them about that hot water analogy. Makes a lot of sense.

I use KA mostly for my chi gens now, like the PCHD. My living areas feel simply marvy

I noticed that my palpitations little bit cameback this week so KA only help if you listen to it afew times per week and if you stop listening does that means you will get back to your old self. I have not noticed any of the benefits KA sales page says like charisma, anxiety free etc. I think I have to listen to it for 6 months.

four months is enough. after four months i didnt use Ka that often because it became permanent already. Its just chakra activator i use regularly as ambience music. helps energize things

What benefits have you seen? I thought you have to listen to something everyday for atleast 21 days to be accepted your mind. I think KA sales page says if you listen to it 6 months you will have no anxiety or other negative emotions, did you listen 3 times per week?
