Your input would be appreciated. I am currently in the process of being more conscious of my emotional states and to be more positive more often.

There's an emotion I have and I'm not sure where it stands on the high/low scale. You could say it is one of my most powerful feelings. Let me give an example of when I have felt this emotion last:

I watched the movie "The Notebook" and was overwhelmed by a quite sense of sadness / bittersweet happiness. Maybe melancholy? Wondering about time and life itself. Sad to see time pass by, almost joyful that it had existed. Contemplation - it sparks something within me to discover more of something I don't know what. I am having difficulty properly describing this sensation. It is motivating, it is peaceful, it seems to be as large as life itself. You probably have a similar feeling yourself?

This feeling isn't new to me. It is similar to laying down at night and trying to stare through space - reverence. I feel a sort of pressure in my chest when I feel this way and it seems to resonate throughout my entire body.

Your insight would be appreciated. Comments, thoughts? Anything?

Hi Maj,

Sounds to me that some form of spiritual energy is moving through your system, maybe it may be kundalini, or maybe coming down through your crown directly from spirit, none the less, sounds like you have a lot of activity around your heart centre area as well.

Reverence is the label that comes to mind as well, leading into deaper devotion and surrender to oneness maybe, I really don't know, however seems certainly more like waves of higher energy, maybe violet coming in then a lower emotion, blessings.......!!!
