Should I get wireless headphones, or get regular one...

Also remember that some of the headphones might not operate on certain frequency. So even if your sound file might operate on low frequency the headphones might not be able to handle it, so un turn its a waste of time.

In general, I do not recommend wireless headphones because I also use my headphones to listen to music. The sound qualitu of wireless headphones is inferior. I doubt that they are so inferior that they could not be used for binaurel beat programs. But if you care about sound quality listening to music, stick to the old-fashioned wire.

I totally agree with Sphinx. My headphones cost over £100 and they are heaven to wear and use.
