If the computer is bothering you, then check the refresh rate for your computer screen. That can have a major impact on your eyes and on your headaches. Most screens are set to 60HZ, which is too low. When I increased my rate from 60Hz to 75Hz, I noticed a difference in my eyes and my headaches.
