Whatz so sham and con job about this ?

I am asking people to discuss the nitty gritty so that the deals should
be as transparent as possible. Also both sides should be benefitted financially.

We outsource to people who want to do a home based work but the work is tracked by the client itself.
I take charge of the Quality control.

But primarily we make them work from our premises so they monitored.

@Camerlengo

I'm looking for BDM's or Firms who don't want middle men. Those looking for transparency and quality work. e.g if there is anyone here who could get us a genuine process, we can share part of our profits with this person.
