I am looking for a hypnosis lead-in cd or download where you can record your own personal suggestions. Anyone know?
Thanks. |

If you are going to add your own suggestions, you have to be able to record your voice. Why not skip buying a CD and just get an induction script from a book or web site and record the whole thing?
Then again, it is possible that what you intend to use hypnosis for has already been done and there is a product out there that is close enough.
Sometimes I find that there is a product that is good enough, but it is just too long. You know with hypnosis you can install triggers that take you back into trance immediately. That makes it possible to get your MP3 player ready, go into trance, and hit play without having to then go through a long induction every time. That can easily cut 10 to 20 minutes from your routine. It is definitely worth taking a month or two to develop the ability to hypnotize yourself. _________________

Thanks Tom, I do have a sample download of induction technique. I might try using that in audacity to imput my recorded suggestions. I thought there might be something already on the market. I agree that long induction should not be necessary. |

There really are a lot of free MP3s out there to pick from. I just can't really suggest anything without some clue what you are looking for.
There are even some really freaky ones, like at http://warpmymind.com/. The same person has http://www.hypno-files.com/ for a more general audience. Either way many of the files are free and for the premium ones you can just pay a small fee for a single month of "premium" access and download as much as you want. Not that I'm really suggesting either of these sites ... the quality of the free and premium files was so low that I couldn't make myself make time to use them. _________________

| Thanks Tom. I am trying to incorporate Merlin's nap into hypnosis. I already put the hypnosis file into audacity and cut intro to 15 minutes. I used text to voice for suggestion, I want to use male voice instead of my own, since the intro is male. Are there cheap text to voice computer programs.? The free demo on ATT cuts off after 15 seconds and I want the suggestions to run about 10-15 minutes to get into the feeling of it. They want $295 for Wizard text to voice program. |

I found free download here C:\Program Files\NaturalSoft\FreeVersion90\redirect.htm (NaturalReaders.com) They also have paid version $49, but I will try the free.
It will be fun to experiment. Then I can give myself positive suggestions every day! |
