Why and how does one feel a heat or a slight breeze or tingling from a rad device as i feel a heat when i put my hand over it,and more to the point what does this mean?

It means you feel the energy comming from the chigen.

It´s like feeling wormth from a heating, which could be called a "heatgen".

Or is it that I´m not getting the point of your question?

thanks for that it explain why some energies feel heat and others feel a breeze i would like to know why some feel a heat and others a breeze and some dont feel anything.

It´s because we don´t have bodily receptors for this kind of energy. The subconscious makes notice of it and then kind of converts it into a sensation which is tangible but then differs from person to person, depending on their bias.

If someone does´t feel eanything it´s because there is no difference in potentials of energy. That means the person does already have enough energy.
