Hello,
I was using a sleep session from Brain Sound Studio and when the session was over I could still be sleeping but I doubt it but I heard someone say hello repeated then after awhile I heard this high pitch noise and took head phones off why do you think that happened?

 No one has an ideal why that happen? My eyes where open I seen my room I could close them I had vivid dreams before but never lucid. Would it be possible to pick up a cell/cordless phone call and trans to headphones? |

Sounds like you were in that state somewhere in between being awake and asleep. Wierd things can happen in that twilight zone; the world seems real but slightly "shifted". I remeber from my youth that once when I was in that state, I could have sworn I saw two small "goblin" like critters climb up my balcony.
I'm guessing it is just dream-like images/sounds being imposed on your not quite sleeping consciousness? |

Possibly, The session was over though so I guess it could be I was waking up, but I don't know I open and closed my eyes a few times and that, I don't know probably that I was hoping it would of been something paranormal as I have been doing exercises and filling myself with Amethyst energy among other energies and elixirs. I was just listening to someone say hello repeatedly when the annoying noise came through is when I took them off, when I did I had a fear that it was me saying hello and I was someone stuck outside of my body though it didn't sound like me so I started to force my mind go blank and felt a tingling in my limbs and a I don't know a weird feeling in my in my forehead where the 3rd eye is. Possibly I am looking for anything unusual to show that I am advancing somehow. |

yeah indeed, i think your seeing some things that pop up on your infinte subconcious-sea and project them on the ''reality'' you see with your senses.

I don't get that are you saying I was dreaming myself laying on my couch experiencing what I described or I was awake but a part of my brain was still asleep which my awaken part heard part of my sleeping part which was someone saying hello through the headphones? |
