I found this off a group and it sounds pretty fishy here. Notice he bashes chi generators and says its for lazy people, but doesn't go into them being able to work. While he does state a couple things that are at least half true, what is funny is he states chi machines (psychotronics) and orgone generators are illegal in the united states? Really? why would they be illegal if they didn't work so well? =) Despite the fact that there are few in the US who do market them.

Not sure if its the same thing as a psychic attack as far as a chi attack, but I do have experience in psi combat, and I can say psi combat can go further than 10 feet. =) Thought I'd post this for fun.

These machines are a waste of your money. The people that sell them target lazy
people who won't get off their couches to do Tai Chi or Chi Kung properly.

You can't improve your internal state with external machines. You can do more
for yourself by eating right.

Also, "chi machines" or "orgone generators" are illegal to sell in the United
States, which also means that promoting them on this list is prohibited.

Now for the Good News - the absolutely best way to improve your Chi is by
reading any of the fantastic books by Mantak Chia. His are the only books that
can teach you how to actually do a Chi attack (range is about ten feet)!

Forget the machines - buy yourself a copy of "The Inner Workings of Tai Chi" by
Mantak Chia. Follow the exercises precisely.

There are people who are going to bash chi machines, there are also people who bash Mantak Chia. I've had positive results from both so you'll see no bashing from me.

I'm starting to learn that it is truly counter-productive to attack anyone. I can't put in the entire explanation why, maybe it should be part of everyone's karmic syllabi or something of the sort.

IMO any feeling towards others needs to come through ya self first so whether its negative or positive, you get it first. I haven't met any one person who tends to bash others who is happy and IMO this is the reason.

I recall a pranic healing workshop attended years back. This skeptic joined for the pure intention of debunking him. The funny thing was, he came in with a very sore joint from playing too much tennis. He was healed by a nun using pranic energy. You know what he kept telling everyone? 'She just hypnotized me not to feel the pain. Hogwash!'
