What is there has far as cheap mp3s go? I don't have the money for some hemisync program. I've been using MindSync, but wonder if there's something a bit better than that. I remember there was an mp3 made by a well known organisation (I think it was iTunes) that had scientific verification of it's affect. I'm starting to get back into meditation now and just wondering what would be best to spend my money on.
