I'm actually asking because i think we are evolving beyond "physical" helps such as vitamins, supplements, foods etc (which i have used for years already). The mind and energy as tools is where it's going. Anything that can be done with a supplement, can be done with the mind or the energy fields. And it can be done in an instant, rather than taking treatments and various times throughout the day indefinitely.

And wouldn't it be brilliant to add the new approaches to other traditional things such as exercises and foods etc. Would we extend life? who knows!!!
Could we have the physicality of a 30yr old at 60??
I'm not feeling much of the effects of age yet myself, but as a personal trainer and energy healer it would be so great to combine both approaches/technologies!
