Greetings peoples!

I have bought and downloaded EP3, and I was going to meditate using it tomorrow (Thursday) (and, of course, write reviews of how it made me feel, what I experienced, etc, etc, etc )

Could those wonderful peoples who have already bought this download, please post in which order one listens to Aura Explosion, Instant Charisma and Power Assertiveness ????

I am sure that I am not going to be the only one that thinks or asks of this question. I don't know, so I am asking.....

I am not going to use Brain Fire, Electronic Valium, Soul Launcher, or Accelerated Learning unless I need to use them for a specific reason.

Thankyou everybody for your responses, and for your understanding that I don't know as much as everyone else does about the products here.

PS. If you do not already have WinZip downloaded on your computer, it won't let you extract the files. Maybe because I had already used the "Evaluation Version" on another download (which I will review) aka you have to pay the USD$29.95 to access your files. So, you need to plan that into your budgeting....

Mostly I used the Aura Explosion one and the Instant Charisma. They are subliminals and I just played them looped, ignoring any binaurals. My plan had been to listen to one for a couple of weeks and then to switch to the other for a couple of weeks, and after the first month I stopped listening to both because I wanted to move on to other things.

I just have them looping on my mp3 player so I get a little bit of each. The EP3 so far has been the most powerful audio experience, it's really wicked.

So, as they are binaurals, do I listen to them, and meditate using them? Or, can I listen to them as I am working at my computer? Can I listen to them through my stereo when we (my hubby and I ) are asleep? Is the "Consciousness Control" going to kick in if my hubby listens to EP3 while he is asleep, and he didn't pay for it?

Questions, questions. Yes I know, these questions may seem excruciating to some (and, I can sense the eyes rolling from "down here") , but, I do not know (what everyone else does), otherwise I would not be asking. And, there was a stage where everyone knew less than what they do now know.

I need to get the full benefit out of them, as I am advancing my development, so any experiences are useful please.

The sentences that "grabbed" me were "Do you have difficulty getting others to take your opinions seriously. Do you even doubt the validity of your own perspectives? Use this Power Assertiveness MP3 track" etc etc etc. That is probably the main reason I downloaded EP3.

I think the conscience control subliminals are mainly to avoid having the files distributed through file-sharing programs and that people who live with you are allowed to use the files.

Other than Brain Fire, I think everything else is intended for use when you can sit quietly and listen with your eyes closed. They have binaurals for theta and delta. Instead of following the directions and just listening once daily, I played the files looped (yes, through headphones) while doing other things. I would spend 60 to 80 hours per week listening to one MP3 and then switching to another after two to three weeks. Binaurals are a guide to specific mental states, but they can't force you to go where they lead. If you want to remain in beta and you have your eyes open and you are doing other things you may not even notice the difference.

Lol, SolarFeline, for one I agree heartily with Tom! He's spot on!

I just listen to them when I'm walking, using the computer, sleeping, studying, reading, listening to other music (turn down the volume on the EP3) or even chatting with my friends (use only one earbud), like Tom said, spend lots of time listening to the subliminals. I feel like it's more effective the more you use it, since subliminals are all about reprogramming the subconscious and the more repeated the stimuli is, the more of an impact it makes. I have taken a course in media studies and I assure you that many major corporations know this and exploit this fact to the fullest.

And no, SolarFeline, in fact, as long as you don't ask as many questions as me you're okay.

Hmmm, I downloaded EP3 mainly for Instant Charisma and the Aura Explosion, but I am starting to use the Power Assertiveness more and more. It's extremely powerful, no joking! Seriously, whenever you get depressed, immediately switch your mp3 player to that track and like a literal explosion you are catapulted to some sort of ecstatic primal high and are filled with the lust for victory and accomplishment. I use it when I'm working on a paper, and write it out like lightning, lol.

Of course with Instant Charisma I notice some old friends calling me, a lot of smiles from the people around me and just an easiness of tongue. I never feel like I don't know what to say anymore, as a very shy person I have to say that talking becomes effortless the more I listen to it.

And Aura Explosion? I have yet to see very constructive effects from it, but I'm sure that it's working somewhere deep in my subconscious. I think it's the most subtle of them all, but the effects of it are tremendous. Tom can tell you a lot more about it than I can. From what I understand it causes your subtle energy body to grow and expand, clear blockages and become more empowered and with that you can enjoy better health, mental capability, strength & of course, manifestation abilities!

Now that I think of it, I'm becoming really, really strong in my Yoga class, I can do practically any pose my teacher throws at the class, unlike most of my classmates. Perhaps Aura Explosion had something to do with that? I've only had EP3 for one week so I need to get to understand it a little better later, lol.

Oh and I tried the Soul Launch twice in meditation, didn't astral travel, but oh well.... I want to astral travel soooo badly, lol.

And I'd recommend that for every three tracks or so, put on a beta or gamma binaural track because unlike Tom (who has really really good control over his mind, srsly), I get tired listening to theta/delta waves for hours straight so I go and listen to some high freq tracks.

For a full mind workout, I usually go for the free DNA Activator first, then listen to either Aura Explosion or Instant Charisma the end it with DNA Activator again. It's my drug trip. Long ago, i used valium because work as an SOM at a call center really dragged me out. These binaurals from EP3 totally freed me from it.

Power Assertiveness I just listen to prior to going for an evening run. It does something that makes me want to achieve a lot.

Have you tried Richard's Ferocious Resolve or the xm Vanquisher? If you haven't those are great for fast picker uppers!
