Ever since i got a few machines in my room... I have been bugged with serious insomnia problem. I could go as long as 5 days with no more than 5hrs of sleep. Now my body is feeling very weak but my mind doesn't have the drowsy feeling at all. Even Electronic Valium doesn't help...

Is this supposed to be normal? Laughing

Friend, what machines do you have and how do you use them?

If it's a plasma TV, that will keep me all night too. I'm a channel addict. Smile

I have a minimax, Rad-C and circle of power. Laughing

I don't have plasma TV but 2 computer screens with TV on 1 of them. Razz

Makes sense. I have a RADX2. Whenever it's on, I can't sleep either. It's got the effects of extrememly strong caffein for some reason.

I recently obtained a Shiva from Mr Hooten. That thing also keeps me awake. I moved both devices far from the sleeping quarters.

Sometimes, I take the RADX on long drives. A 100km drive can't drop me to sleep now. Smile

Heay, I'm considering getting a Rad X2, and I already have heavy insomnia problems!! How far should such a box be placed from the sleepingroom (both in turned on AND off state, as even when turned off these things have an effect)?

Also, if I would turn it on in the livingroom, and I'm watching TV for a few hours there, will this impact my sleepingpatterns afterwards?

yes they also have an effect turned off, but really insomnia is easy solving. i had it too, the thing i did:

listen everyday before sleeping to deep mind ultra II and after that dna activator a few times, also dont put the volume to high when listening.

this got me off my insomnia in a week

Same here and its lead to decreased focus on studies. Like I got only 5 hours sleep before my GMAT and thats disastrous. I am going to power down my RAD and stop listening to all these files for a few weeks to return back to normal sleep levels.

Anyone else experience similar effects while studying?

If you want to avoid insomnia, keep away from radionic boxes like these. Regular use does minimize sleep for many old timers.

Insomnia? I've never had a problem falling asleep, especially with a Rad machine next to me. You sure maybe its not just a mental thing with you? Like you are so anxious for results that it just makes you stay awake?

When I sleep next to a Rad machine I sleep well and have good dreams.
