It's planet Earth as seen from Mars, taken by NASA's Mars rover Opportunity. Did you get a buzz from the pic?

There's another big photo of Earth as viewed from the moon, somewhere around here. It was posted ages ago, couldn't find it now. Maybe the contrast (of size) between these two photos can give some inspiration to feeling them up.

That suddenly brought to mind a movie I recently watched: Homeworld. In a nutshell, the humans were colonized and conquered by some telepathic race and yet the humans lived in an illusion that they were the victors. Telepathic control can be a bitch...
