The effects works subtly, more like a mental note or reminder, there's no rush effect or nagging but I do get the "gist" of the track constantly. For example, after listening to the Super Motivation track for 6-8 hours (background loop), the reminders stay for 2-3 days. I seem to be "compelled" to do something, being idle feels uneasy but I'm not sure what to start first. Perhaps an affirmation at the beginning of the track will help put things in order.
The larger question is why you essentially have to beat yourself over the head and constantly repeat something to yourself to make it sink in and act on it. The "theory of operation" of a subliminal is that if you aren't listening and can't hear it, you the message will get through and you will act on it. However since you bought the subliminal, you are very much aware that the message will be coming, and when, so it can be subliminally rejected as well. I've never experienced subliminals to work alone. With other sound and psych technology, but in my talks with sub-sound (and audio producers), they all agree that subliminal suggestion is a myth, one perpetuated by the Experiment That Never Happened.
It seems to me that it would be more productive to unbloack whatever the issue is with what it is you want to do, so you don't have to pseudo-fool yourself into doing it. There are a great many things that respond to determine effort, and just deciding to do it, without the need for mind bending. I leave you with the following thought: I you are receptive to subliminals, the government has been manipulating you without you knowing it, for years... _________________ Quotes ≠ Knowledge.
