So does anyone here still do this and if so have you gained anything from it? How are your eyes?

I do it if I'm up at that time in the morning. Never had any problems with my eyes but you need to do the gazing only at those specific times that he mentions.

I know for sure that gazing at the sun (no matter the time of day) with eyes closed is extremely beneficial for ones eyesight but since i wake up early anyways i will definitely try this it seems really interesting!

I know of a couple of people who live without water or food they get their energy from the etherial plane, the lifeforce of our world. It is something that fascinates me, if anyone has any more info post it up!

Does anyone else feel like the sungazing, and just soaking up the suns ray gives you the feeling that your burning all negative energies away? Thats how it is with me. I feel like I am the sun. Oh winter..

mmm, sungazing is quite a nice time. We've been having orange sunsets lately...really nice energy for sungazing.
