Hi Friends,
I saw so many good reviews about Kundalini Activator CD. I have one question. As I told you in other posting, I do not feel subtle energies and feel chakras. DO you think this CD can be helpful in my case. Please guide me.

You have to be certain you don't "feel energies" as opposed to feeling energy and not knowing that what you are feeling is in fact the energy. For you this might mean cataloging everything you do feel and being aware of the cause, and then making note of what is left. What this will do is make you aware of your body and "bodysense" in a way nothing else will.

If you follow this methodology, you should do this when there are no distractions about. No children, spouses, TV or radio. It is also important not to meditate or go into a trance. You want to become aware of what you are feeling at the physical level and physical level processes.

Sometimes the energy gained from practices like Yoga, Tai chi, or via technologies similar to KA is not felt directly, rather it is experienced vicariously. A yoga practitioner, for instance, doesn't go around feeling like he's aflame with chi. Instead, he notices marked endurance. Or that his moods are steady. Or he doesn't have to eat as much.

This is real world measurement of your metaphysical development

I don't have KA, I know it's good but you can also try other methods or techniques to feel energies like Mantak Chia's Microcosmic orbit meditation.

Same experience. KA 2004 worked really well the first six months - and it would have long after that. Only if it didn't get boring. It's a looooonnnggg script so sitting through all that got old hat. I eventually tuned out from the script and just allowed the tones, melodies and binaurals get me into that hypercharged state. Anyway, I already committed the guided script to memory and acted accordingly.

The 2007 is much better. Very Happy

That's the hitch isn't it. Whether its a healing binaural or the latest CD from Akon- you get bored in less than a year.

For this reason, I think that when silent sound technology is full developed, these things will get more popular. At least, the boredom factor will be eliminated

Silent sound isn't very silent exactly, but like binaural beats it can be masked. I have a script that I bought for use with Cool Edit 2000 which raises the spoken word to center around 15.5 KHz. This is supposed to be too high to consciously perceive yet not too high to be actually heard.
