this oil can topup its own during full moon..

and cannot carry in pocket or motorcycle if rain..

Well in Thailand the shaman or magician who required the oil would dig up a corpse, apply a heat source (e.g.candle) underneath the chin, and collect the oil that drips down. There might be other stuff involved, but that's the extent of my knowledge of the collection of this oil. Most common usage of it would be to smear a few drops on the intended victim, who would then fall madly and irrationally in love you. I only know about this because it's shown often in Thai sitcoms/movies/stories (usually an evil/butt-ugly guy, trying to get the girl), but I haven't actually seen it before.

Most likely there is some kind of ritual/chanting/magic involved in the gathering and preparation of the corpse oil, but unfortunately I don't know enough to tell you what's involved. A bag of blood from the red cross would have no effect in the hands of a normal person, but I presume a practitioner of blood magick would be able to find some use for it.
