I have helped heal the damage done by people who decided to learn this to hurt or kill. You can find programming in people and structures and pieces torn out. Some people are really jacked up to do that sort of thing to people.
The victim will never understand whats happening to them. They will just think they are going crazy.

Yes, but I have always felt that negativity only pulls more negativity towards you, those who seek a better way, or are just positive to others and themselves pull positive things towards themselves
You will tend to surround yourself with whatever energy you project, if you are harmful and negative other like-minded entities and people will gravitate towards you and you will have more negativity and harm in your life
Even our physical actions tend to project our demeanor and mood, like how cheerful people make other people feel more cheerful, and when someone is angry at you they generally will act in a way to try and make you angry as well, you will act and make decisions to perpetuate your current state of either positive or negative |

I agree with what you are saying but I think the effect you are encountering is due to poor cleansing/clearing/protecting practices and your beliefs in karma. Now hear me out. If you do a 'good' deed radionicly for someone else the karma way of putting it will mean that this positivity will 'come back' to you in some way. The same thing if you do the opposite, you will get back what you sent out.
There are two issues to deal with here. One is, do you believe in karma? If you do than you are one of the sheep that the overlords created to make sure you do not cause trouble to them. This vicious mind virus gets implanted early on through family, religion, etc It can be hard to get rid off, but like anything it can be done. The rewards of it gone are true power, as opposed to fighting a fight that will lead to your own self-destruction. Karma is a diabolical way of making sure that any deeds you may do that are considered (by the overlords) harmful will explode in your face, and you will do it to yourself. It is like the Toy Story movie where you have a scene where one of the toys gets picked up by the vending machine all the while all the other toys try their hardest to keep him back because they are scared to face up to their fears so they would rather keep you back instead of throwing off their shackles…
The other thing is proper clearing and cleansing procedures. I don't care if you do a 'good' or 'bad' intention, if you did it right, it shouldn't have any effect on yourself. If it does than than consider that maybe you have not cleared properly before and after the magikal work. If you ever read about different magikal practices they spend a lot of time on clearing and cleansing. The true magician is untouchable. He creates change as he sees fit, but he does not fall under the weight of his own sword. Only a novice could do that.
Here is the clincher though; if you do all the clearing/protecting while still believing in karma, your mind will sabotage you and your radionic/magik work will still have bad or good effects in your life.
