for those who did get those results, can you describe your listening routines?

I followed the recommended listening routine. This is to listen to KA every 3 days and to the Chakra Activator on the days that you do not listen to KA. My preference was to listen to KA II; KA I was not as powerful for me. If you choose to add mlfdb to your routine, it can be done daily. When I did this, I listened to KA when I woke up and mlfdb at bedtime.

I just purchased KA today, too! I was doing kundalini yoga for a month or 2 5 times a week and felt really blissful (but I smiled too much, kind of weird, lol) so I figured since this will get me there in 1/4 of the time, why not? Plus, there's the 6 month guarantee so that's added insurance if it doesn't work out.

ok, ive listened to KA 1 once, but the problem is that i can only imagine the chakras expanding without really feeling it. my chakras are not well developed.
is this okay? i didnt notice any significant effects, should i go on?

first: dont worry it's nothing to be worried of when i started doing ka i didnt feel alot the first times too.

a few tips:

1. when joey talks to a chakra try to FEEL as if a steaming hot iron stick is being hold against that chakra, make it as vivid as possible, try to recal the feeling of something burning, also you can feel as if that chakra explodes.
2. Listen to KA2 its better.
3. if you think you dont feel anything you really shouldnt stop, you should go on untill you feel it.

keep on listening man. and the effect only come with time, not after a 1 time listen. First listen to it for a couple of months, then you can say if it workes or not

the first time i listened to ka i got a warmth at every point i visualised the chakras colours but the second time i used ka the warm feeling wasnt as intense
