I think I have a cavity, even though I brush every day and rinse with mouthwash. I don't want to go to the dentist both because I don't like them and because I don't have dental insurance.

I've taken sugar completely out of my diet so the decay won't get worse. Can I use Cybershaman to speed the re-mineralization of the tooth? If so, how would I word the trend and focus my intent?

I don't know about the Cybershaman part, but do you also floss? I always find little bits of food stuck between my teeth at the end of the day, and flossing is usually the only way that will really get it all cleaned.

Any drink with an acid is not good for your teeth. The acid dissolves your teeth, thereby loosing your protection against caries and tooth erosion.

I am thinking about drinks with carbonic acid (the "bubbles"): coca cola (regular/diet), mineral water with extra bubbles, etc...
Fruit juice contains other acids...: even too much fruit juice can harm as well, apparently Sad

Water without gas, milk and tea seem to be on the safe side.

Dental flossing and interdental ragers, next to tooth brushing, remove any remaining food substances. "Tooth" brush the surface of your tongue, too.

There's a great toothpaste called Coral White made by Coral LLC. It actually healed a cavity for me. It's not easy to find but your local health food store should be able to order it. Tell them it is in the Select Nutrition Distribution catalog. Smile

I don't drink soda or any carbonation. Haven't for a while, and I've felt more healthy since giving it up.

I don't floss regularly, but I will start doing so and see if that helps. I'll also check out that toothpaste, Talon, thanks.

So no one has any experience with adding radionics to the mix?

The cheapest way to go is with oilpulling.com

I've been on this oilpulling since last Feb. and can say it really rocks!. If you have a cavity and it hurt's rather than go to the dentist, you can oil pull 3 times a day... and within a few day's the pain will be gone (for some the pain goes away on the first day). It will also heal your gum's and get rid of some of the most severe dental problems!

I'm not afriad of the dentist, but sometimes dental bill's can be really BIG....which sort of tick's me off. As an experiment, recently, I think one of my teeth needed a root canal, or at least a very deep filling. I could feel the slightly impacted tooth, which was not really bad, but it was on the way. I decided to oil pull twice a day (I was doing it once a day for months). The pain went away in the next few days. I think if I did it 3 times a day, it would disspear completely and maybe even heal the tooth completely.

What oil pulling does is clean the blood in your body, which can heal many ailments and also do wonders for your mouth and teeth.

I started to oil pull for the overall health benefits, not just to get rid of cavities. I do brush daily and also take very good care of my teeth besides the oil pulling.

Look into this rather than all the other things you just mentioned.... you'll be glad you did!

Hmm yeah, oil pulling totally slipped my mind. Haven't tried it myself, but I've read wondrous things attributed to oil pulling. Aside from fixing dental problems, it's supposed to remove lots of toxins from you. So yeah, definitely give that a go.

If you really want to try radionics, maybe you could charge a tube of toothpaste with the intent for dental health and a sexy smile, and see how that goes.

flossing is cheap and effective. It gets to dirt where mouthwash cant. I normally dip my flosser in VCO because this is anti bacterial. Then after, I gargle with anything containing hexedrine. Sometimes I also top it off with a swish of VCO.

Ever tried the tooth zapper? That kills bacteria in your mouth

Some of the well-known brands of mouthwash are bad-news for teeth. They contain strong acid in them. So, it is similar to rinsing your mouth with Coca-Cola (or any other cola drink).

Since reading the label on my old mouth-wash, I have given up with that stuff. Instead, use a tongue scraper. It is amazing the volume of bacteria living on your tongue. Next time...try eating a curry, and then scraping your tongue. You will be surprised about the smell and rubbish clinging on your tongue. Once you have seen it once for yourself, you will consistently use a scraper.

[WARNING: ADULT / GROSS MATERIAL]
I just had a terrible image in my head. Was thinking about all those adult-film stars that get cum in their mouths and on their tongues. Next time you watch some oral-action/cum-in-the-mouth movie, check out how clean the tongue is, and whether there is a think layer of plaque there. You can imagine what kinds of crap are festering and feeding the plaque on the tongue
DISCLAIMER: Adult movies? I am just going by what others have told me about them Rolling Eyes

'
yeah you kniow the problem with adult movies is that people talk alot about them thats why i know alot of it too!!!

what a stunning coincidence Wink

Avoid AstringOSol and all the mouthwashes that have alcohol as a base. This erodes the enamel.

Basically if it stings, it sucks.

There are many new products that use stabilized ozonated water or hexetidine. These are good stuff. Keeps my breath fresh all day. And it doesn't annoy my gums

brush with anything without fluoride
- a bar of soap (squeky clean)
- baking soda, a little harsh but wonderful for stains

oilpulling for toothache & gum problems, plaques are softened & able to be picked immediately after an OP session

I sometimes buy non-fluoride toothpaste because I was thinking about the amount of flouride being absorbed into my body. Does fluoride do anything else to the teeth? Also, non-fluoride is not widely available

Fluoride does not prevent tooth decay either. It's toxic.

My wife & kid uses the same non-fluoride toothpaste, got it from a clinic. It's marketed as toothpaste for kids. I have difficulty looking for non-scented soap.

Most importantly, increase iodine intake to fix the thyroid & maintain the iodine levels being flushed out by fluoride, chloride etc.

Hormone imbalance in both genders are due to sick thyroids. Iodine (Lugol's Solution) & VCO will fix it.

I've been doing the oil pulling thing (in addition to my normal brushing routine) and it really seems to be helping. No pain at all from my cavity, and I can see plaque spots (which I didn't even realize were there before) slowly clearing up.

BUT, I have a really hard time pulling for 20 minutes, or even 15. My mouth fills with saliva too quickly. PH, is there a way to avoid this?
