I am going to attune myself to Full Spectrum Healing II. I read how to attune yourself to energy manual so this is how I am going to self-attune myself.

Start cybershaman.

In intent box I will put" I ask my higherself to attune me to Full Spectrum Healing II"

Recipient box I will put my name

Now a question. Should I do every step to attune myself as you would to pass it along.

Here is how to pass it.

1. You image you are surrounded by life force and it gets stronger and stronger and brighter and brighter for 2-5 minutes. - Do this before?

2. Say directly to the life force "Life force will be generated continuously and you will not fade till I am done with the attunement". - Do this before?

3. Say out loud or mentally (to your higherself) "I ask that (name) may be attuned at (time) on (date) in his/her time zone for the Full Spectrum Healing II empowerment."

4. It will start then end 10 minutes later.

In the manual it doesn't say anything about self-healing so I assume it's like any other healing when you visualize your name in your hand clasp it and say FSH or Full Spectrum Healing.

I guess its still working? FSH 1 had levels you had to be attuned to, FSH II you get all the levels at once. Like Tacyon there was what 9 levels you had to be attuned to (which I was) and I guess now with Tacyon II it's just that one.

I have a feeling because of that question you probably already knew what I said but you have a dislike, uncertainty, or something towards it correct?

FSH 2 is different than FSH 1 because the method for passing the attunements along has changed. The levels were combined because it turns out that the more effort you put into sending the attunement the more effectively it will be received. In FSH 1 the attunements were passed along by a single thought, a request that your Higher Self send the attunement for you. Self-attunement is easy. You send the attunement to yourself as you would send it to someone else, as if you were sending it to a separate person. You pretend to be two people, and switch your focus from sending to receiving. It is a good idea to do this from time to time because it strengthens your ability to work with the reiki system.
