I was once putting together some herbal extracts to make a custom high anti-oxidant pill for personal use,
anyways the company i was working with from china were selling powdered water turtles and powdered bee heads.
...... I found it a bit umm weird anyways, but thats just maybe cause i'm a vegetarian.
well i guess it must be doing something if they sold it in such bulk quantities |

You know as the Chinese saying, anything that crawls on land, fly in the air, and lived in water can be eaten as food. Yaakss!!! ....also maybe use for medicines. How about those medicines made from powdered cockroach...???  To tell you, they are extremists....in terms of food and "natural" medicines.
Have u noticed that restaurants is the favorite business of Chinese???
