What is Prana?

A couple of months ago I received a general healing from this group. I noticed energy bursting in my higher back, that's all, it lasted for a week or something. I hope someone who can afford it gives this cosmic activation a try and keeps up updated. Personally I doubt one really needs it. Maybe take a look at lifemasteryonline.com instead..

did u notice any changes in yourself after the session, as in balanced chakras, aura etc. I ask this as I am sure there would be some changes in your energy body after the session. I intend to take up some healing session pertaining to a specific need, so i was keen to know your experiences.

Yes the effects are subtle.and different people feel different things.. The spasms could be the energies entering and flowing through you since alot of clients do experience spasms..
