A meditation I just practiced while walking down the streets was imagining how it would feel if everyone and everything would love me. Felt quite good smile.gif and I felt love for everyone and everything in return.

I was wondering: if you make this your overall frame...to imagine or assume that everyone and everything (the clouds, the trees, the buildings, literally every atom the universe is made off) loves you...If you continu this, and release every feeling that goes against this by using EFT, or whatever releasemethod you use...until practically no feelings are left..Shouldn't this be the shortest way to enlightenment, total bliss? If not, should this not be the shortest way to internalize the frame of always be loved?

yeah

but I also recommend firm grounding work as well... I think in all spiritual and energetical work, rooting (foundation) is very important. I would get the blessing from mother earth.

when i hold that mindset, i feel such an immense bliss that nothing in life, NOTHING is as good a feeling.

Ever since this thread was posted, I tried flooding myself with this love-craze while sungazing in the morning. Well I'll be.... it worked. Spectacularly. The surge of energy was so strong that I floated on euphoria till sundown. So many people kept gravitating to me and things just kept falling into place.

I think that this state of relaxes awareness shouldn't be confused with the tendency for people to leave themselves totally open to whatever presents itself in reality. I believe that it is our main job to be as truly human as we can manage during this incarnation, which requires us to face challenges when presented without retreating into a cosmic playground.
