How are you supposed to listen to VX?

Active or Passive? Are you supposed to pay attention to all the words being said and integrate them like affirmations? Or can you be doing homework or listening to music or something while you listen to VX?

Passive. You'll go bonkers focusing on each and every word.

I tend to use it while strolling the suburbs after work in my running shoes.

VX is the only CD that seems to work better when doing something violent. Maybe because it's recorded in high beta.
