With the magnet you have, just put the north pole against your head, and use some tape to hold it there, then visualize light coming into your head, it's very simple.

You have to experiment on your own about everything else, I have no further instructions. I have no idea how long you should do all this...it's up to you, try everything.

You want at least 9600+ gauss magnets with high penetration. 2000 puts it within the regular ceramic magnet range

Nd or boron types will do better
