A few sites say that microwaved food realigns the blood cells in your body in a chaotic manner. There's no evidence behind the claims so the jury's still deliberating.

Microwaved food not only loses almost all its nutrient value (around 96% if I remember correctly), but also turns carcinogenic due the violent depolarization effect that creates the heat needed for cooking.

It's by far the worse and most dangerous way to cook anything, including boling water for a tea.

Of course, the huge interests of the big companies that sell them are enough to silence such horror.. except in places like Russia, where such ovens are just illegal due their effects.

Check www.mercola.com, it has interesting reads that will shred any doubt about the issue.

I think cellphone is as dangerous as microwave

when people start to realize it (maybe in decades time)
it will be too late as the world might be roamed by millions of people suffering from sicknesses.

I forgot that grilling isn't safe either. Grilling introduces carcinogens where the meat touches the hot steel.

Boiling isn't safe. It eradicates 90% of nutrients, leaving you with empty food.

Raw food? It depends. Raw beef and eggs can lead to salmonella, botulin and nice long worms into the body. But veggies should be okay.

Breathing isn't safe too. There are tens of thousands of toxic substances in our air.

And as for drinking... tap water has the other thousands of toxins not found in our air. Very Happy

I read an article on that too, some medical journal. When meat is seared on steel, the molecular structure is altered such that it introduces aberrant cellular behavior (carcinogen).

The medical journal recommedns cooking food on a wooden spit over fire, rather than grilling on steel.
